With 24 years in the Hospitality sector, Brian brings an array of hotel management expertise to Interland through his extensive experience at Best Western, Thistle, as well as other private hotel groups. He is responsible for delivering results that contribute to the overall success of the business by accomplishing objectives linked to improving business revenues, improving business effectiveness and efficiencies, or improving the value of the hotel’s products and services to its customers and clients.

Success is measured against standards: Productivity, Customer and Client Relations, Financial Management, People Management, bottom line EBITA, ultimately leading to increased profitability when delivered in tandem with an effective Sales & Revenue strategy.

Qualifications

Brian graduated through the HCMIA professional diploma whilst working his way from the roots up through every level of the business. His extensive practical experience in hotels works to my advantage and has provided an unusual depth of understanding of the industry. Brian has a wide range of experience managing complex operations, which has broadened his skill set further and honed his strategic abilities.
