Interland Group was able to create 63 residential units in Surrey by converting the former office building of Sycamore House under permitted development legislation. The project also included replacement windows throughout to provide the highest level of comfortable and practical living. Upon completion of the project, a long-term lease was signed with Croydon Council. This development was subsequently sold to a London based private fund.
