Overview:

As Interland’s portfolio began to grow, so did the scale of projects. The conversion of a former Enfield office building into 124 residential units under permitted development legislation in 2015-16 saw extensive balcony construction, replacement windows, fully overclad façade, and a newbuild rear extension. Upon completion of the project, Interland Group had a long-term lease signed with Enfield Council; who they subsequently sold the asset to.
